6 Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time APTT; PTT; Activated Partial Thrombin Time Citrate Special Conditions: Transport to the laboratory within 2 hours of collection As requested 24 hours a day. 7 Activated Protein C Resistance APCR Citrate Special Conditions: Transport to the laboratory within 4 hours of collection. Specimens that are not sent to the main laboratory within 4 hours should be double spun, separated and frozen before transporting. Batched weekly. ACT Pathology
